Legal Question in Family Law in India

If my wife and daughter live with her parents at a different place say "A" and I stay in place "B", can I file a Visitation Case file from the place where I stay place "B" or should I have to file where the mother and daughter stays ? How much time will the whole process take?

Secondly, is there any social organisation in India which can help me in this regards, if so which one?

You should better file the case where your wife and daughter are residing. the court may pass an interim order of visitation rights in the beginning may be on second or third hearing after reply to your application is filed by the opposite party. This may take about 2 - 4 months depending upon the place and docket of the court.
