Can wife demand for seperate house in [dva act] where she can live with her husband aftr the court settlement,if husband is agree to live with her..?

yes, she can either stay in the joint family house or a house owned by husband or the house taken on rent by the husband.

Mr.Gupta is right. You can live in seprate house but only with the income of your husband and willingness.
