My wife has deserted my home along with my two month old girl baby I have plot of land through my own means can she claim share in a plot of land

in case she has deserted without sufficient cause, it is a good defence for you. however, she cannot claim any share of land of your self acquired property.

she may claim the share only if you die without will, before the divorce.

She may be entitled to maintenance for self and the child; therefore, your property may be attached towards payment of maintenance amount, if you do not make the payment from your other resources.
You should try to settle the matter amicably and start sending her sufficient money for maintenance.
