wife deserted husbend 12 years ago.she got two sons who were married.divorce petition filed by husbend 8 years ago but withdrew the petition on ill advice of wife. wifw filed a maintanence petition and was awarded 10,000/- as prayed for. Can the husbend file another fresh suit for divorce? now the husbend retired from service and has no pension. Can he also file a seperate petition to decrease the maintaince allowence .

yes he may do so, both the fresh petition for divorce and an application to revise maintainance with change in circumstances.
