Legal Question in Family Law in

my wife has deserted me along with my 2 months old daughter i am staying with my parents now two months have passed my dad has talked with her father and brother she is not ready to come, she has also deserted me 50 days after marige but after my efforts i got her back now i have a kid and she has done it again she has shown this abnormal behviour and use to talk abt divorce mant times

you can ask her to calm down and investigate the real cause of her such behaviour. in case she is depressed, it would affect the kids adversely. you need to handle the situation in a better way. it is more of a social than a legal problem.
