Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife is asking for a divorce and i am not willing to give her.She is staying in my house till date,

I want to know that if i refuse to give her than will she able to take divorce?

i would like to tell you that neither i have physically harrased her and also i have 1.3 year old daughter.

It depends on the allegation(s) levelled against you and able to prove the same before the court.

in case you do not want to divorce her for the sake of your daughter, she may not be able to get it easily.
