Can a wife divorced on the grounds of adultery in 2004,allowed maintenance of her illegitimate child whose date of birth differed thrice,in application it is nov 98,in statements recorded may 99,while school records proved august 2000?

The child is entitled to maintenance even if his mother was divorced on the ground of cruelty. Father being the natural guardian, bound to maintain his child. You may visit www.karvai.in for further guidance.
