"I am a second wife of my divorced husband. The custody of the girl child is with her father that is my husband. We are married for four years now and we have a baby boy right now. I am interested in knowing the legal property inheritance details."

the children can inherit the property of your husband. but they can inherit either their biological father s property or their step father s property.
