Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife was a divorcee with one male child aged 7 years at the time when I married her 4 months back. Since the child's natural father is a drunkard and has no livelihood means and used to repeatedly make calls to my wifes number and say ill words so I am planning to file the case for adoption. Since this is affecting me my family and my child what should be done to make that rogue away by law. Any expert suggestion I would be very much thankful to you.

What was the order in the divorce proceedings with regard to your wife son's custody from her ex husband. You are automatically has become the step father of your wifes son and you dont need to go for adoption. Please clarify the above.
