Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife is a divorcee when i marry her,her divorce is based on characterless,drug adutery base.we marry in a temple.i left my parents and live along with her 4 last 13 years,she takes drugs,smoke,drink.in march 2010 i committ suicide by taking baygon & sleeping pill, instead of taking me in a hospital she locked me up in a some private nasha mukti kendra.after 20days she take me back,when my condition is like a dead man.after that she put me in a govt hospital 4 2 months,in which i managed to live.she is a characterless.now i want divorce from her,as well as maintenance.she had no brother,no father only mother and 1 sister.her mother had 4 flats.i am in very weak condition healthwise as well as moneywise.she take all my savings on her.she is not ready 2 gave me divorce.what will i do! please guide
