My wife want to divorse me, but i am not wish to give divorse,
Our properties First owner is my wife and i am co-applicant.? and we have to childern 7yrs old & 2 yrs old. what happended with property and child if she get the divorse? She is working women? I also doing job but my income is 50% less than my wife. so pl. tell me what happened?

She may be entitled to the property she owns. Besides, if she gets custody of children, you may be required to pay maintenance.
as your salary is less than that of your wife, she may not get maintenance and being a co applicant and in possession, she may not be able to throw her out. however, seek restraint orders against her from the civil court in case she tries to dispossess you.
she may not be able to get maintenance and may not be able to evict you from the property but she has all the chances of getting custody of children and you may apply for visiting rights.
