Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife doesnot want to stay with me. she doesnot have any regards for my parents and fights with a slightest pretext. she has asked for divorce quite a few times. she is a bit aggressive and has witnesses of the fact that i had tried to commit suicide and that we had a physical encounter. she is not staying with me for the past 1 week. i want a divorce but i'm scared that she may book me in sec 498. what shall i do?

in case you want divorce then you may have to pay some cost for the freedom. you need not be afraid of 498a in case you are not guilty of asking dowry. you may seek anticipatory bail in case she goes for a criminal case. but before that , try n settle the matter amicably.
