Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife got enticed by a married man, i filed case of conjugal rights, the other man hired the same lawyer to file false divorce case against his wife and me seperately by giving false address, can i put objection for having same lawyer in both the cases in same court ?

yes, under delhi high court rules for practice, the same lawyer cannot do that.
