Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife had given some false statements in her affidavit and also submitted false documents as income proof in the DV case. I wish to file a perjury on her but my counsel says it can be done only after Judgement. The case is now in cross examination of the husband (myself). Already i am paying Rs.12,000 pm as interim maintenance. Can i file perjury now and stop paying this maintenance amount or should i wait till the trial gets over and judgement is passed?

If you have sufficient proofs of false evidence than go ahead.
