Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife and her family is planning to file the false dowrey case against me because they want me to live with them by leaving my old aged mom. Infact they are claiming that I have the illegal relationship with my elder brother's wife which is not true and they dont have the proof for that as well. My brothers wife is daughter of my uncle and I have treated her as my sister from my childhood and now I'm keeping her in my mother's place because she is the one who taken care of me before marriage. Can anyone tell me how can I secure myself and teach them a good lesson legally

in case she files a false dowry case, you have an option of hiring a lawyer and defend yourself. you may seek anticipatory bail and also file appropriate cases.
