Legal Question in Family Law in India

wife field 498a case. husand and wife both are compromise and went qush and withdraw the case in HC and got the postive order and dimissed the case.

Now clarification.

1.Husband put the bail amount. Now if he cash the bail amount how many days required?

2. surety guys are requied to withdraw the money?

3. If those guys are left(don't know the position) what is the procedure we need to use?

nothing is required for withdraw the cash surety if u settle the dispute amicable just u should made the application for the same amount before the court and court will order for the the amount to given to the surety

produce the quashing order of high court before the trial court where 498a is pending and the needful be done by the court.
