Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife fights with me everyday and the reaosn is that she does not like my mother.she puts cheap blames on her and threatens me that she will take divorce.We have 1.2 year old daughter and for her i try my best to resolve issues but she now is not ready for that also.
she threatens me that when she will take divorce than she will take the child and will not allow me to see her.
is it true?
if divorce happens than can i get the custody of my daughter?

you may seek help of a marriage counselor and ask her to try to mend her ways. you may also ask your mother to go soft on your wife and tell them that their misdemeanor may lead to friction and waste.
