my wife file 498a, dv case in distict court. i am a simple government employee. i have a fear of threat from my sasur. can i get amunation licence if i applied tommorow.

The licenceing authority may consider merits of your application before taking appropriate decision. In ordinary course, a 498-A case may not sufficient to create any sort of 'threat perception'.
