can wife file for maintainance,when RCR filed by husband is going on.Wife rejected to rejoin the marital house.currently case is @ the stage of cross examination.Having a kid of 2 yrs old?
want her to rejoin ,else to settle ??but she is not agreeing for both??

in case the decree of RCR is granted in your favour that the wife is staying away without sufficient cause and the decree goes unchallenged, she cant claim maintenance but you are duty bound to pay maintenance for your kid.
Yes your wife can claim maintenance from you even if you have filed RCR which is pending adjudication.
Yes why not your wife can claim for maintenance.
