Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife filed 498A case (which is false) and then maintenance case. During evidence in maintenance case she said that she is not at all ready to join me and the reason she had given for not joining me back are all false (same as given while filing 498 A case). My lawyer wnats me to file Section 9 but on human grounds I feel that it (section 9) will lead to the harrassment of the other party as well as mine. I also feel it is mere wastage of time and money as she is not ready to join me. Please help regarding section 9 case, whether I will file or not?

Sec 9, you should file only of you feel, the marriage can survive; otherwise you should file for divorce.
