Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi ,my wife has filed 498a petition against me and my mom,right now i'm in UAE .My related agreed for a settlement of gold and alimony in the police station.I want to go back to india to renew my visa .Wil there be a problem at the airport?

there would not be a problem if you have got the anticipatory bail. you may hire a lawyer in india and ask him to seek anticipatory bail before coming to india. you just need to send the attorney duly attested by indian consulate in UAE.
