my wife has filed a 125 case against me but i am earning only 1200, she is demanding 6000per month but we have given the evidence to the court that she is still working at a company she has also demanded a interim of 3000per month, is she able to get the interim

It seems that you do not belong to a very well-off family. In this situation, you should not waste your time and money in litigation and try to reach an amicable out of court settlement. Your wife may be entitled to maintenance as per your standard of living and not your income. Try to be reasonable with her and make efforts for a compromise.
