Legal Question in Family Law in India

A wife filed a case against her husband u/s 125 cr.p.c and u/s 12 d.v.act.court allowed interim maintenance but the parents of the husband intentionally disowned the son from their property and inform the court that they dont know where is he since the long .so tell me how can we recover the maintenance amount in this case. Can grand doughter claim her share and rights alongwith her mother from her grand father property?
