Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife filed a case against me under section 12, medical impotency for devorce. But i dont have any problem. But i dont want to go for test because it will mentaly affects me a lot. Pls suggest me what to reply. Second question is, my wife and her family threaten me that if i will not agree on above mentioned reason then they will file case under IPC 498. Pls tell me is it possible, she is not with me from last 3 months and what is the procedure for anticipatory bail in haryana. How much time it will take for AB.

I think you have asked same question on other site to and got enough reply,bt u didnt stop to wast our time.
you may apply for anticipatory bail though there is no set time frame but u can seek interim protection from arrest. secondly, you may seek dismissal of the petition u/s 12 filed by her by moving an application u/o 7 rule 11 of civil procedure code.
