Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife filed a complaint aganist me and all family members Under sec IPC 406. for illegal custody of her jewells. But when she left matrimonial house she took all her jewels. My father maintaining locker and in that locker he keeping my mother and my sister jewells. Now she is claiming that all her jewels. Judge ordered to freeze the locker. How can i prove that all mymother jewells and un freeze the locker.

in case it is your mother's and sister's jewelry, the same can be proved with the help of jeweler from who you purchased the same or with the help of invoices of the jewelry.
