Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed crpc 125 maintenance case and Divorce case(on cruelty) after she married an another guy without obtaining divorce... then i filled FIR in police .......now police has been completed the investigation and collects all necessary evidence against her.......... we had already paid her 6 lacs to quashed the dowry case in begining,....but after her second marry i got ex-party divorce for adultry ground........and i got decree divorce from the court two days ago(but she dont know about this x-party divorce).........now my date of hearing against 125 crpc & divorce case will be after 15 days in same court from where i got decree of divorce on adultry ground what should i do on my date of hearing? we have all necessary evidence of her second marry? kindly suggest me? what happen if i absent on DOH?

Are u a fool? Why would u be absent. Show all the evidences to the court along with the copy of the divorce case decided. Also show that you have already gave 6 lacks. She does not deserve any maintenance.

you can furnish all evidence(proofs) and ask the court to dismiss the matter.
