my wife has filed a divorce case and all the docs & my Educational Certificate with her .i have already signed the divorce file which he provided me and also a Wakalat nama . given date after Six month form the first signed date . if i claim my Certificate they are not ready to give me now said to hand over after the 2nd signed date and also said that they will case 498 aganist me and my family . kindly advice is it possible to case file 498 after the divirce case filed already .

Yes your wife can file a complaint u/s 498A and 406 etc after filing the divorce case. Why dont you put your foot down by not agreeing with 2nd motion and inform the court the reason of your refusal . I am sure the court is going to help you.
