Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed divorce case against me on false allegations, she lost the divorce case as all allegations were found false in the court.The court ordered for meeting my 4 years daughter in the court premises on every Saturday, but my wife never brought her to meet me in court.Now the case is over.

i don't want go for a child custody case and as that will increase more bitterness, as we are in process of settling back again.

what i can do to meet my daughter ??

Can i file a application only for visitation rights for meeting my daughter ??

i agree with the advice given above. you may file a civil miscellaneous application for meeting your daughter. the court may even grant you liberty to take the daughter along on weekends.
