my wife filed divorce case in gurgoan court

my lawyer filed w/c and i appeared first time in court on 25 july 2012

case starded on jan 2012. she is affair with her boss.

when i hv to appear in court next next hearing is on sept 10

i didnt want to give her divorce i hv to linger on case so that she cant marry and destroy the other boy life

her bos is married and have kids

pls tell me

is i hv to go apper in court next time or my lawyer can appeear without me.
