Legal Question in Family Law in India
I (wife) have filed a divorce petition on grounds of mental torture and cruelty.It has been 6 years and other party's trial has only just started. There are 35 paras in my affidavit. How much longer would the whole process take to complete the divorce ? Also , at the end of the arguments by both advocates, would the court order me to go back to my husband ? I hope NOT as that would be unthinkable
