Me , WIfe have filed a DIvorce petition and my husbacnd has fileda Restitution of conjugal rights case in his native . I am currently residing with my parents . Which case will be valid. please advise

Both cases are valid but the decree of divorce can be executed against your husband but the decree of restitution of conjugal rights cannot be executed. So relax and chill.

both the cases will go together, but you may file case to transfer divorce case at your place.
