Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed fake 498 a case against me -- bail is granted and case is going on
later she filed false 294 case against me to cancel my bail- that appeal was rejected but case is running in trail court
both the cases running in trial court
I have filed divorce against in family court
In last hearing she filed section 24 asking 2000rs as monthly stipend next hearing is on 15th nov
All the above cases are in indore
Today I receive notice for section 125 in dhar ... date is 12 nov
My wife is a Physiotherapist and was working earlier and now she has left the job -- reason fake 294 case file against me and at present she is living with her parents
1) can 125 section can run separately when section 24 is running separately in separate court.
2) please give me tips to fight the case i am staying with my parents both government servant - and i have no liabilities,
3) I am working in private sector ,my monthly income is 26000 rs in hand

You will have to prove that she left the job. The court will not give any maintainance

Instead of contesting her application, you better her the maintenance.
