Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has filed false 498-A in April 2011 and has filed another case under section 125 in Sept 2011. Shall I file case under section 9 now? Would it be helpful in any of the above mentioned case? If yes, in what ways?

section 9 HMA case is filed for retitution of conjugal rights, if the other spouse is not ready to join you, then it is a sheer wastage of time and money, you are already entangled in 498-A and 125 , there is no need of section 9 at present, otherwise , you can file the same at any time,
