Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed a False 498a and DV case against me and my famly. By Gods grace and after fighting it out in the court, the case was proved false and all charges against me and my family were squashed. My Father inlaw did all this to extort money from me and unfortunately my wife yielded into this deceit. Here are my questions:

1. What is the (legal) action I can take agasint my Inlaws and wife who have tried to make money by falsely filing the 498a and DV case?

2. I dont want to file for a divorce, but want my inlaws and wide to realize the mistake they have done and repent - genuinely, also someone told me if i apply or agree for divorce, I may have to payup a lot of money to my wife.

3. What are the next possible steps you advise me?
