My wife has filed false 498-A and 125? I am earning Rs 4000 and my wife said in the court that she is not earning anything at present. She is B.A. B.Ed. She worked as a teacher before marriage. How much maintenance shall I have to pay?

normally courts award maintenance u/s 125 Cr.P.C to wife, however it varies case to case. if your wife is not earning any thing , normally 1/3 of your income will be awarded as maintenance. rest is discretion of court. regarding 498-A case, it is advisable to contact me on my cell 9888067997
