my wife filed false 498a against me and my family. now she is staying in my mother's house with her friend. and we are staying out side. i have filed for divorce. how can we get our house back?

this is highly strange that she is occupying your mother's house and your mother is out of the house. your mother has a right to stay in the house and she can move the court to claim her right.
