Legal Question in Family Law in

my wife filed a false 498a on me... it was a trap by her elders to extort money from us.. i filed a out petition for restitution of conjugal rights.. .. i tried to convince my wife but she did not listen to me saying that she had given a wiord to her parents...
she started threatining me in her possible ways..
ex: In gmail chat under her status message. she wrote" I am a widow now .. my husband died long back".
when my friends asked her she told that we are going to kill him after getting money from him.. shall we consider this as a mental cruelity of wife and go for divorce... pls suggest me.. she is also working for s/w company..

I agree, this constitutes cruelty; however, you should still try to reach a settlement on agreed terms.
