Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed false complaint in CAW cell. At on place, she has written that MIL, BIL and FIL (Sasur-name not mentioned) beat her. Fact is that my father had passed away 3 years before marraige. How can I use this to quash this false complaint?

first you need to seek anticipatory bail and then move the high court if in the f.i.r. the offence u/s 498a is not made out.
