Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed a false DV Case against me.

I have now come to know that she has started using her bank account with her name before marriage in her Bank account (Monika Kalra whereas now she is Monika Khurana). is it an offense and can play an evidence to establish her credentials

in case she has an account on her maiden name, this may not go against her. it is advisable to reproduce the DV complaint so that defence can be suggested to you.

She has the freedom to use her maiden name in her bank account as against the married name. You can use this to show her conduct when she claim compensation under DV act. But it is not such a defence so as to eliminate any compensation.
