wife filed a petition against husband after a separation of 5 years,served summon to his adult younger brother, husband did not turned up on hearings. Wife obtained exparte divorce. Later on husband filed petition RCR against wife.

so what is your question?

RCR is infructuous without husband moving an application for setting aside the exparte decree of divorce.

What actually you want to know? There was no occassion for filing RCR. Rather you should have filed an application for recalling of the Order and then should have prosceeded further accordingly.
