Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed RCR, how can she go to CAW cell now? I came to know that if section 9 HMA is pending in court she can't go to CAW cell. How true it is? as she has already filed RCR and now she went to CAW cell also.

sec. 9 is no bar for her approaching the CAW cell for filing a complaint for her stridhan and 498a.

even though the basis in two, application under section 9 and complaint, are different and contradictory, still there is no legal bar as such.

Whoever has informed you that sec 9 of HM Act and a complaint before CWC cannot go simultaneously is absolutely wrong.

she can go to CWC as reliefs and causes are different in filing RCR and filing complaint with CWC
