My wife has filed the restitution of conjual rigts in 2009 after she left the house.I agreed for the restitution of conjual rights in first stage.But she did not return back and She dragged the case for two years and she withdrew her petition now.
simultaneously she has filed the domestic violence case in 2010 against me and my family members saying lot of false allegations. She is dragging the case for two years.Now she has give the evidence of complainant by way of affidavit (Written documents).In this documents she mentioned DV Report.But till now she did not file the DV Report for last three months.
1,What is the meaning of DV Report?

D.V report is prepared by protection officer. It includes every detail of violence the victim has suffered. I think she does not have the report otherwise she may have filed it much earlier.
