Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has filed the restitution of conjugal rights after she has left the house in 2009.I agreed for
the restitution of conjugal rights.But she is not interested to come back and she is not telling frankly in the court also so she is dragging the case unnecessarily for more then a year.Now also it is going on.
After one and half years now she has filed one amendments petition in the same case saying lot of false allegations against us which is not specified in main petition.We filed the reply for this also.Both advocates argued for this new petition.But judge allowed this amendments petition and
they asked them for evidence.
In her petition She is saying new allegations like(domestic violence and dowry harassment)about my me and my parents This allegations is made with the intention of developing the case to claim that it will not be possible for her to live with me and my parents.She introduced this allegations which has not pleaded in earlier occasions.
My questions is.
1,whether this new amendments will creates any problem for me?.
2,how he allowed this new petition(after thought)because it is irrelevant and unconnected to main prayers?
3,how to proceed this case from my side?.
