my wife has filed section 24 and section 125 against me

she is working bt i dont hvae any details

unfortunately my employer ask me to leave the job and i resigned from my job

my lawyer is saying that u still need to give ur wife the maintainence as it wil be shown that u have quit the job intentionally to stop maintainence

is this true ?

You are liable to provide her maintenance even if you may have no job, UNLESS you can show that she has independent income to maintain herself.
