my wife has filed 125 against me, and in the cause behind separation she mentioned her miscarriage due to my violent treatment to her, and i have been able to obtain a certificate from the doctor that performed the medical termination of the pregnancy under strict medical supervision that states that the abortion had happened owing to the natural cause and no physical injury or drug raction was involved. she has portrayed it as miscarriage, whereas actually it was a missed abortion with no violence involvled. even the city of incidence she has filed under affidavit is different from the actual one.
could it help me in any way in the court of law?

it surely will help. However, youwill have to prove that she left home without any reason. Then only there will be no maintainance. Being wife, she is entitled to maintainence
