but i didnt want to give her divorce
how much time court case take time to give its decision
i hv not receive summonas my address change

Relax. It takes a while for a contesting Divorce to be decided by Court. Engage a Good matrimonial lawyer to defend and fight for your case.
My friend when you have not received any summons from Court then how can you say your wife has filed any sort of case (to be precise Divorce Case) against you?
Never the less even if a case has been filed then too getting Divorce is not so easy in the absence of any proper reason(s).
