Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Wife had filled 3 cases for divorce, maintenence and return of goods. I also have a daughter who is with her at my in laws place since her birth. I have tried several ways and means to convince her for not letting this happen. My wife and her parents donot allow us to meet my daughter. We have not seen our daughter since her birth. She is also demanding for Rs. 25 lacs for a mutual consent divorce which i am not in financial condition to obey. I want my wife and my daughter back in my life. I also feel that her parents especially her mom probably is behind all this. Request for guidance on the same.

File a petition for Restitution of Conjugal rights .I must advice you that you cannot force anyone to stay or live with you if that person does'nt want to do so but you can only try or persuade her.
