Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife harasses me by saying that she will suicide and write a suicide letter in the name of my family. My father in law he is deed writer in tehsil and he abuses my mother ,sister,amd me very frequently.
Sir I want my family to be happy including my wife and did not want the enterference of my inlaws.

in case she is threatening you that she will commit suicide, you may report the matter to the police and let your statement be recorded. in case your wife is threatening you, it is her mistake and not of her father. in case any of the spouse gets influenced by his or her parents and spoil their matrimonial life, it is the mistake of the spouse only as they are grown up and should know what is right or wrong for them.
