Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife had illegal relations with some NRIs and she used to chat with them online with Yahoo and I have all avidence of calls, chating history, mails etc...so what kind of action take on my wife.

unless your wife is living in adultry i.e. she is having physical relations with other man or men....you cannot file a divorce petition on the grounds of adultry.
