my wife do not allow me to intercourse with her in our 2 months married relation.

now she filed complaint in cfwc saying her huband is impotenace and demand 20 lakh rs as dowry items .

how she prove that i am impotence

and how i prove i am not

as you yourself know that you are not impotent, then how can she prove the same. however, in case she files a false case for annulment of marriage on the grounds of impotency, you may challenge the same and prove to the court that in fact it is her reluctance and abhorrence to consummate the marriage and you not at fault.
